There’s no catch. You sign up to a £25 annual membership and once you have joined the club you can start saving. It is that simple. When you shop, you can choose products that add up (at their RRP) to your available spending limit (£100 per month). But because you’ve got a membership, you’ll pay only Members prices.
You can continue to shop but you will just pay for products that exceed the spend limit at RRP.
Your monthly spending limit will renew each month on the date on which you signed up.
100% of the membership fee (ex VAT) goes towards supporting the charity Breast Cancer Haven. This means you can get the feel-good factor for signing up, knowing that you are supporting an important charity that offers physical, emotional and practical support and advice to anyone affected by breast cancer.
When joining Beauty & the Breast, simply add the membership to your shopping bag and checkout. Once you have paid for the membership your account will be activated and you can start shopping (and saving).
The membership is an annual upfront fee for the full year which will auto-renew on the same date and at the same time the following year.

You can also cancel by calling us on 0345 217 1360 (standard local call charges will apply) or through your Beauty & the Breast account. View your subscription order within the recent order section. From here you may cancel your subscription.
If you have not yet placed any orders for products using your membership, you may cancel within 14 days of purchasing the membership. In this event, you will be refunded the full membership fee and your plan will be terminated. If you’re outside the 14 day cooling off period, we will be able to cancel your auto-renewal at any time which means that no further membership payments will be taken and your membership will expire at the end of your annual term.

We can still cancel your membership for you but then we will deduct from your refund the difference between the Members Price and the RRP of those products.
Please be aware that when your membership expires, you will no longer be able to access our products at members’ prices.

We hope you enjoy your online purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with a product ordered from us online, please notify us in writing by post or email and return it to us within 30 days, unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with your original receipt in order for us to refund your purchase (less postage and 10% handling fee) or send a replacement product.
Due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened and unused items that are in the same condition that you received them can be returned.

We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once their status has changed to ‘processing’. If you have made an error in your order, please call us as soon as possible after placing the order on +44 (0) 345 217 1360. If your order was placed outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm) you must call us at open of business the following day. Any changes made may incur a 10% handling fee.
We will endeavour to have your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods for orders with a UK delivery address. Due to current high demand orders may take 2-3 days longer than usual.
In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered to you damaged, please e-mail our customer service team at email@example.com with your name, order number, the name of the product and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll respond as soon as we can. We’d like to apologize for your inconvenience.
In the rare event that you’ve received an incorrect item in your order, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and the name of the product that is incorrect and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

We charge £3.95 for orders below £30 and delivery is FREE for orders over £30.
Orders are processed as soon as they are received, therefore it is very difficult to change any details on an order once they have started to be processed.
