WHERE MAY I CHECK MY SPEND LIMIT AND WHAT I HAVE LEFT TO SPEND?

Log into your account and click on ‘View recent orders’, then under ‘Subscriptions’ select ‘View’. This will display details of when your subscription shall renew along with your used and monthly spend limit.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A BEAUTY & THE BREAST MEMBERSHIP?

Being a member allows you to shop award-winning salon & spa beauty brands with a 20% discount.
Whether you are a Jessica junkie, skincare fanatic or just mad about makeup, you will discover beautiful products that promise to give you more, for less.  Plus 100% of the money you pay (excluding vat) for a Beauty & the Breast membership goes directly to Breast Cancer Haven.

WHAT’S THE CATCH?

There’s no catch. You sign up to a £25 annual membership and once you have joined the club you can start saving. It is that simple. When you shop, you can choose products that add up (at their RRP) to your available spending limit (£100 per month). But because you’ve got a membership, you’ll pay only Members prices.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER MY MONTHLY SPEND LIMIT?

You can continue to shop but you will just pay for products that exceed the spend limit at RRP.

WHEN DOES MY SPENDING LIMIT RENEW?

Your monthly spending limit will renew each month on the date on which you signed up.

WHY IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

100% of the membership fee (ex VAT) goes towards supporting the charity Breast Cancer Haven. This means you can get the feel-good factor for signing up, knowing that you are supporting an important charity that offers physical, emotional and practical support and advice to anyone affected by breast cancer.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP?

When joining Beauty & the Breast, simply add the membership to your shopping bag and checkout. Once you have paid for the membership your account will be activated and you can start shopping (and saving).
The membership is an annual upfront fee for the full year which will auto-renew on the same date and at the same time the following year.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at tales@beauty&thebreast.com. Please include your full name, email address associated with your account along with your billing postcode. You can also cancel by calling us on 0345 217 1360 (standard local call charges will apply) or through your Beauty & the Breast account. View your subscription order within the recent order section. From here you may cancel your subscription.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you have not yet placed any orders for products using your membership, you may cancel within 14 days of purchasing the membership. In this event, you will be refunded the full membership fee and your plan will be terminated. If you’re outside the 14 day cooling off period, we will be able to cancel your auto-renewal at any time which means that no further membership payments will be taken and your membership will expire at the end of your annual term.

I’M IN MY 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD BUT I’VE PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I CANCEL?

We can still cancel your membership for you but then we will deduct from your refund the difference between the Members Price and the RRP of those products.

AN I USE MY REMAINING SPENDING LIMIT ONCE MY MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED?

Please be aware that when your membership expires, you will no longer be able to access our products at members’ prices.

WILL MY UNUSED SPENDING LIMIT BE REFUNDED?

No. We advise using your remaining spending limit before cancelling as this is non-refundable.

Beauty & the Breast accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

We hope you enjoy your online purchases. Should you be unsatisfied with a product ordered from us online, please notify us in writing by post or email and return it to us within 30 days, unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with your original receipt in order for us to refund your purchase (less postage and 10% handling fee) or send a replacement product.

Due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened and unused items that are in the same condition that you received them can be returned.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once their status has changed to ‘processing’. If you have made an error in your order, please call us as soon as possible after placing the order on +44 (0) 345 217 1360. If your order was placed outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm) you must call us at open of business the following day. Any changes made may incur a 10% handling fee.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We will endeavour to have your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow 5 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods for orders with a UK delivery address. Due to current high demand orders may take 2-3 days longer than usual.

AN ITEM IN MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED.

In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered to you damaged, please e-mail our customer service team at tales@beautyandthebreast.com with your name, order number, the name of the product and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll respond as soon as we can. We’d like to apologize for your inconvenience.

AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS WRONG.

In the rare event that you’ve received an incorrect item in your order, please email our customer service team at tales@beautyandthebreast.com with your name, order number and the name of the product that is incorrect and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP TO?

We currently only ship to the UK.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING / DELIVERY?

We charge £3.95 for orders below £30 and delivery is FREE for orders over £30.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I’VE PLACED AN ORDER?

Orders are processed as soon as they are received, therefore it is very difficult to change any details on an order once they have started to be processed.

All products offered are selected to meet the very highest standards expended by salon and spa professionals. None are tested on animals. Some may be organic. Some may be purely natural. Many will be suitable for Vegans.
